How’s Your New Year?

Ok it’s officially been a month into the new year and so far so good! Who else has been keeping up with their resolutions? My overall goal was to be far more productive, which means less Netflix, the curse for all lazy procrastinators! I also have a goal to live happier and healthier, which go hand in hand, I believe.  I have decided to cook more meals, go to the gym, eat healthier and out less, spend more time studying, and spend more time doing more relaxing activities that don’t include the couch. How about you?

A healthy snack! Banana with peanut butter, honey, and some granola! Strawberries and Kiwi in my water to add flavor and helps with blood sugar.

Got all these fruits and veggies and more for under $10 at Sprouts!

No t.v. an hour before bed so I listen to music, drink tea with no caffeine and color or read!

At least an hour workout 3 times a week is the goal!

Tried it for the first time and it was pretty yummy!

Staying organized so I don’t go CRAZY!

    No New Year Resolutions are not for me. My goal is to try a new vegetable each month. Don’t like them but am willing to try. I will try to go to bed each night at the the same time and get up each morning at the same time even on weekends. This is suppose to be healthier for me so lets give it a try. No fast food. Everything is always subject to change. Let the changes be positive.

    I love your goals posted on your bulletin board! Slacking off on my workout routine is ALOT harder when I’m forced stare at my written goals every. single. day. They mock me (in a good way) to get up and workout!
